PLAYA
CARRIZALilLO
Playa Carrizalillo is steps from Oasis and has the perfect left point break for beginner and intermediate surfers. Small days make for fun, glassy knee to waist high, soft waves. When the swell is big, Playa Carrizalillo turns into a shoulder to overhead wave machine, fun for intermediates looking to improve their form, before advancing to more challenging breaks.
LA PUNTA
A consistent year round left point break, La Punta is a popular break for surfers of all skill levels. Ideal for intermediate and advanced surfers, La Punta offers a wide range of conditions depending on the swell. Surf glassy waist to head high waves on small days, to fun overhead sets with long, clean sections on days when the swell is pumping.
ZICATELA
Zicatela is known as the Mexican Pipeline and advanced surfers travel from all over the world to surf big, sand-bottom barrels. Zicatela is a fast beach break, with hollow waves and plenty of lefts and rights.
Big wave season starts in May and can run up to November. There are plenty of fun 4 to 6 foot days as well.
OAXACAN COAST
The Oaxacan coast is home world-class waves with a vast selection of countless breaks with empty lineups, sand-bottom point breaks (left and right) and pristine, deserted beaches as far as the eye can see. We are lucky to be located where southwest swells turn the coast of Oaxaca into a wave park 365 days a year, and we know countless secret spots between Chacahua to the north and Salina Cruz to the south.
